As a Senior Health staff, I always tell my client that your diet can dictate what’s going on downstairs in your pants. For the past two months, I keep receiving  several emails and messages in my Facebook page asking me to list some of the best natural foods in Ghana that helps one to last longer.



Well, we have many foods in Ghana that have helped so many people to boost their Libi.dÖ levels.


Remember that if even if you’re not Mr. one-minute man, there’s nothing wrong with seeking help to improve your performance in bed-room.

So, if you are interested in lasting longer and going more rounds with your Boo or Bae, add the following foods to your diet and you just might turn yourself into a beast that will be remembered for a very long time.

1. Ginger



Aside being a spice in the Kitchen, chewing a piece of ginger can help to boost  your bed room skills. After chewing ginger, It will warm up your body and increase flow of blood, especially towards the genital organs.
